Dr Onto’s relationship with Aspire Advocates began as a client-advocate relationship over 5 years ago. After effecting several successful property transactions for Dr Onto and his family, Aspire Advocates now utilise John and his expertise as a negotiation consultant and mentor.
During his esteemed career, John established the Senior Executive MBA program at Melbourne Business School (The University of Melbourne) as a Professor of Negotiations and held the position of Associate Dean.
John was also a distinguished Professor in Management and held the position of Associate Dean for the MBA program at Georgetown University, in Washington D.C.
